VPN Network:

As of January 2012 we have 9 VPN servers, in Texas, Washington, UK (3 PPTP, 1 OpenVPN), Germany, Canada and Hong Kong and Singapore.

The US and UK servers have a 1Gbit connection each while others have 100mbit. Server loads are kept to a minimum and monitored daily.

SSL based vpn using the OPENVPN and SSTP are now available. Our Hong Kong VPN services started in Novmeber 2010 and is ideal with Far East users and China.

 

Billing Information:

All accounts are subscription based and will rebill automatically until canceled. Payments are processed securely by Plimus.com and you can cancel at anytime either my emailing us or Plimus. We accept all major credit cards and offer a three day refund policy which you can use to test the service.

If the service does not work for you, or if you are not happy with it for ANY reason, please let us know within 3-4 days and you will get a full refund.

To pay by PayPal please contact us by email first and attach proof of id such as a driving license or credit card (hiding some number for security).

Generaly we do not accept orders or logins from the following countries; Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria and Nigeria.
